“I like this location for a number of reasonsreasons: 1. The staff is always friendly and smiling 2. The store is clean 3. They keep sale items stocked and when they run out the manager is glad to get more from the back. 4. This location feels safer than Old National 5. There are always well working carts I hand. 6. Best fried chicken compared to nanny other a Kroger stores. I dislike parking. There are so many spots For carts it's excessive. This excessive cart spots could be accommodating a customer.“

“Octavia and Nidavah mixed me the most delicious and beautiful Pomegranate Margaritas.
Both ladies were kind and friendly, interacting in conversation with me and happy dispositions. I was relaxing during my layover and the drinks were wonderful, best tasting margaritas I ever had and they made the atmosphere very pleasant.

“I ordered a devil's food cake for my husband's birthday last week and Yamesia absolutlely delivered. I had a hard time finding a baker who knew what a devil's food cake was. Not the case with Yamesia. The cake was delicious, moist with true deep chocolate flavor. The icing was light and not overly sweet. We had a sheet cake and usually there is cake left over at most of the parties I have attended in the last few years. This is my forever cake artist, decorator and baker. Kudos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“Had a bad experience at order taking. Maybe this is a rant about an onsite manager not keeping a watchful eye on the front end. Situation: I'm trying to spread my local business $$ around community but I spend 12 minutes behind 2 patrons putting in their dine-in order. While they ask multiple questions, change their order based on cashier recommendations on and on. I watch the busy lunch hour line grow and watch people leave. I watch customers enter, see the line and go back out. If the manager was present and on top of their game a second hand could have been dispatched to avert such a hold up. Couldn't the cashier have asked for help? It came across to me that they didn't really care about my business or the business they were losing. There was a general nonchalance by the cashier. Do you think I'm going to be coming back to Panera bread for my lunch time after having such an experience? Not just know but heck no! I felt greatly unappreciated. I can only hope this review is a wake-up call that management should keep an eye on the front end. Watch your employees and keep watch on your incoming dollars. Be cognizant and have awareness when there is a slowdown and participate in keeping things moving. My conclusion was if you spend 15 minutes of your lunch time just trying to put in your order this is not the place to go for lunch. I have no complaints about the food after I finally got it but while I had my lunch I stewed over how long it took and how I felt, making the experience one I just had to review. Do better !!“

She knew about each of the flavors and helped us in deciding which would be best for our taste buds. “Guard shack at entrance was very friendly and efficient. Sent directly to a door, then check in with receiving and parked bobtail while unloading. I was called in less than an hour, unload was complete and I was ready to reconnect and depart. Great experience, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this location.“

“The two staff members working today (March 2, 2024) were wonderful. After walking through Terminal A for a place to get a bite to eat, I was thrilled to find Brioche tucked away in a quiet corner. The staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. My sandwich was delicious, and I have no doubt it was so much better than any of the premade sandwiches from one of the countless snack stalls that line the Terminal.“
