UPDATE- The manager Cat remade my order. She was very professional and apologetic!I purchased two orders of the Crazy Puffs and both of them were not done all the way! The dough was gummy and the cheese was not melted. The top was done however the middle and bottom was undercooked. AVOID this location at all costs the employees desperately need food handling training and Safe Serve training because someone is definitely going to get sick eating from here! My teen son is addicted and because we live within walking distance, he's there OFTEN. A few times they got the order mixed up but fixed the issue quickly. So often that the staff recognizes him and while we never ask for 'hook ups'- they always honor coupons and have the orders ready quickly. We made a large last minute order on new year's even NIGHT ...and they got is right, gave extra sauces, packets, etc and I have NEVER received bad service.
