Saturday 9/25/2021 Waited an hour for pizza to be cooked, waited an hour to get to window, only for the lady to tell me my pizza was burnt when it came out, and that it would be another hour if I wanted another remake. She said they had 40 other pizzas in front of my remake, Why when I ordered before them! Very very poor business! My pizza should have been remade and pushed to the front when it came out burnt!
This place is horrible I waited In the drive thru for 20!!!! MINUTES!!! For a pizza I had ordered 1 hour ago!!this place is a joke worst experience ever and everyone there needs to get FIRED! Rude rude RUDE!!!

I ordered a pizza at 5:39 pm. The location for delivery is on .3 miles. 2 hours have passed and I have still not received my pizza but has supposedly been out for delivery since 6:03 pm. It is now 8:00 pm. The person I spoke with 3 times named Brennan was very rude. Now she says that I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. This is the worst service I have ever received from a Pizza Hut.
