“It wasn’t the best burger I’ve ever had, but it was definitely a good burger. As many reviews mention, it really is like a Subway for burgers, you can build your burger exactly how you want, which is a nice option.

What truly stood out was the service and cleanliness. The staff working on Saturday (2/22) were constantly cleaning between customers and even asked people to clear their trays. It was genuinely impressive. They greeted everyone warmly and made a point to wish customers a great day.

“Stopped at Cook Out in Valdosta for lunch and it was super busy — always a good sign! I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The barbecue and burgers my family had were juicy and full of flavor. Great selection of shakes… the strawberry shake was fantastic! Also, had Cheerwine Cherry soda and it was delicious and brought back memories of North Carolina ..got a refill for the road!🥤
The atmosphere was casual and laid-back even though it was packed, the service was on point. Pricing was very reasonable, and the location was convenient right off the interstate.

“Passing through on our way to Atlanta. This place was close to our hotel and had a covered patio where they welcomed our toy poodle. THEN, the service, the food! Best oysters on the half shell ever - rivaling the Oyster Bar in Grand Central Station in New York City. Fried green tomatoes - delicious! Popcorn shrimp terrific! Yummy Cole slaw and cheesy grits. I was amazed and delighted to have found this treasure. Such friendly and fun staff served us very quickly and graciously. Great experience!!!“

“Josh was an amazing server! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Our drinks and food came out quickly, and he checked in just the right amount to make sure we were taken care of without being overbearing. “01/14/2026 Thank you Ricky and Applebee’s for the great food and amazing food it would have been a 5star review but the bartender acted as if she didn’t want to serve us so we were passed on to Ricky and I believe her name was Kisha . But Ricky was kind he made us feel more than welcome . Even though he had about 4 other tables he treated us as a priority and not another tip for the day . The food was made to our exact request hot and delicious . So if you eat here I highly recommend this server (Ricky) and try the Bourbon street chicken it’s to die for“

“Great food and friendly service. The prices are a little high but the amazing food makes up for it. I also wish they were open on weekends for people that cant get by there during the week. Still some of the best burgers in Valdosta and great onion rings also.“

“You know that bell that every Arby's has, the one you ring at the end of your stay for good service and good food? I have never in my 30 years of life heard an Arby's Bell rung so much in such a short period of time.

Despite being short staffed due to a call out, this Arby's operated like a well oiled machine. If only the federal government could run so smoothly, this country would be in phenomenal shape! I suppose that's just the difference in leadership, whoever manages this Arby's puts whoever leads this country to shame.

The gentleman at the counter was friendly, professional, and did not crack under pressure. He even double checked with a coworker to ensure my order, a delectable turkey reuben, was rang up correctly. Most customer facing employees would have fizzled out and rang in a regular reuben when uncertain, but not this man! He ensured that we got the correct food while exhibiting empathy and teamwork of the highest level.

Give them all raises, as I have given them 5 stars today. Thank you, Arby's of Valdosta.“
