“You know that bell that every Arby's has, the one you ring at the end of your stay for good service and good food? I have never in my 30 years of life heard an Arby's Bell rung so much in such a short period of time.

Despite being short staffed due to a call out, this Arby's operated like a well oiled machine. If only the federal government could run so smoothly, this country would be in phenomenal shape! I suppose that's just the difference in leadership, whoever manages this Arby's puts whoever leads this country to shame.

The gentleman at the counter was friendly, professional, and did not crack under pressure. He even double checked with a coworker to ensure my order, a delectable turkey reuben, was rang up correctly. Most customer facing employees would have fizzled out and rang in a regular reuben when uncertain, but not this man! He ensured that we got the correct food while exhibiting empathy and teamwork of the highest level.

Give them all raises, as I have given them 5 stars today. Thank you, Arby's of Valdosta.“

“My first visit to this establishment and it was a great experience. I was greeted like I was welcome 🙏🏿 Young lady that goes by sunshine I believe assisted me with my order, I had no idea what I really wanted, she made some suggestions. The pizza was great, I don't like a lot of bread with my pizza just enough to hold the toppings. The entire staff worked like they enjoyed working there. I will be going back for sure. Great prices. I almost forgot that part, I received what I paid for and it was enough.“

“This Checkers completes orders accurately and timely. However they tend to provide faster service and attention to the drive thru. If your ordering at the front window it takes longer to get someone to take your order. They don't notice you standing there waiting for service. But the food is fresh and worth the wait.“

“We took 50+ preteens to Canes, while on a field trip. A lot did mobile order, a few ordered when we arrived, and we called ahead. Everyone had food within 10 minutes when we walked in! The service was quick and correct. We will definitely go there again!“

“It's good most of the time. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars.I just don't appreciate when they keep running out of BBQ sauce because that's the only sauce that I eat with my food. Without it, I am not able to finish my food and enjoy it less. Then they had no milkshakes that day to make up for it.Keep up with your stock. ?Update: They are great overall when they have their machine up and running and are stocked properly. They know my order to the T. I order the same things every time.“

“I was at Atown wings this afternoon. Later I discovered I had lost the key to my office at work. I tried to call to see if anyone had turned in a lost key and the phone rang about 15 times with no answer. Not everyone wants to place an order when they call so they should at least answer the phone and find out why someone is calling.“

“This place was recommended by the desk clerk at the Red Roof on Ashley St. The sub was delicious, and the young manNoah, who took my phone order, greeted me when I came in. Great customer service and food!“

“Stopped at Cook Out in Valdosta for lunch and it was super busy — always a good sign! I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The barbecue and burgers my family had were juicy and full of flavor. Great selection of shakes… the strawberry shake was fantastic! Also, had Cheerwine Cherry soda and it was delicious and brought back memories of North Carolina ..got a refill for the road!🥤
The atmosphere was casual and laid-back even though it was packed, the service was on point. Pricing was very reasonable, and the location was convenient right off the interstate.
We had a great time — definitely worth the stop and highly recommend! 🥤⭐️“

“Firehouse Subs has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The only thing I would change is to add more vegetables to the subs. But overall it is delicious. Definitely going back.

Parking: There are other shops next to Firehouse so parking may be a problem if you visit during lunchtime.“

“Ate here Friday night, March 21st and was really surprised at how good the food was. My burger came out within 4 minutes of ordering and looked EXACTLY like the picture on the menu and was made exactly as I ordered it. I wish I had taken a pic of it, it was such a nice looking cheeseburger. Restaurant was very clean, inside and out, and staff was very pleasant. Waaaaay better than the DQs we have in Tallahassee.“

“What I like about this location is my order was incorrect when I did an online order and I called in and say hey my order was incorrect I'm missing some items and sure enough they took my name and say Hey whenever you come back will correct it for you when I did go back they corrected everything and make sure I got fresh chicken of course the first time around the chicken wasn't fresh but they took care of me and that's what I like I like when when the customers and the managers are working on the same page that you have no situations or problems when you return to a location where you spend your heart on money and they don't have a problem with making it right for you“
