Nasty , Nasty nasty as 🤬 bathrooms. they need to explain what they out if as soon as they see the order come thru. No orange juice shouldn't have to wait until they fixed all your food or be in line for a refund. Wouldn't recommend 🤢
The effort to improve service is appreciated, but the gimmick of using the hour glass is lost.... if you get your drink without a single piece of ice in it, and you have to ask for a straw and napkin.
And while I handed my cup back, requesting ice.... the server reaches out and ask for me to give her the hour glass back.
Uhh... “NO... I don’t have my breakfast yet!”
I guess leaving out essentials like ice, straws and napkins can save a little time. 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
