We’ve been frequenting Rio for years and have always had very friendly, prompt, efficient, service. The food is the best Mexican we’ve gotten anywhere and the prices are good. Family friendly place to take your family and large groups, as well. Even when it is a busy day and time, you know you can go there and will be seated and served in a very timely manner.
This was a terrible experience. They did not seem to care that we were even there. 6 to 8 men all sitting around booths chatting. They serve me a Margarita in a beer 🍺 glass and the silverware we (asked for) had a inch of green slime hanging across a fork. We even had to ask for straws. There was nothing we got we did not ask for. I got up during my lunch that I was paying for 3 times to ask for services. No excuses! Get it together guys.
Great restaurant. Quick, friendly service and affordable prices. Highly recommend.
