“Not sure why their overall rating is as low as it is. I've ordered here a number of times, mostly via the app. My orders have been ready all but one time, and even then I waited just a couple of minutes. Today I had the spicy chicken and medium fries. They were hot and tasty.“
“I’ve stopped by this Wendy’s a few times and overall, it’s a decent spot for a quick meal. The positives are that the food usually comes out hot and fresh, and the service is polite and fairly quick, especially if you use the drive-thru. I’ve always had my orders come out right, which is a big plus. The fries and nuggets taste fresh, which isn’t always the case at fast food places.
On the downside, sometimes the restaurant inside feels a little messy or crowded, especially during busy times, and the seating isn’t super comfortable. Also, a couple of times my drink was a little flat or not as cold as I expected, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, it’s a convenient place when you want something quick and tasty without a lot of fuss.“
