“While at Wendy’s this morning I ordered with the automated ordering system in the drive through and it was pretty confusing because I had never used it before and when I pulled up to the window to pay Tinesha told me that I can just ask to speak to a person if I didn’t like the automated system, and she also told me I can just ask for her personally because she is there all week. Tinesha’s customer service and consideration blew me away because as someone who works in customer service it is really rare to find someone who is truly passionate and really cares about customer interactions! She went above and beyond today and her kindness and initiative speak volumes! I will definitely be back to see Tinesha!“

“I was recently delayed at this travel stop for a couple of days, and I ended up eating every meal here—from breakfast through dinner. The atmosphere was very calm and welcoming.

“Just picked up my sister and mother from the airport, and they were starving. We went through the drive thru around 10pm. The lady at the speaker was really nice and polite. And being on a plane all day and just now eating was a big plus for them. I applaud them all, even at the second window, giving our food to us, they were great! It's hard to find great drive thru etiquette these days. The only thing I did notice was their health score. It was an 83. Hopefully it was just minor flaws which they fixed.“
