Let me start by saying I love Baldinos. The food is excellent. I waited awhile to go to the new WR store because I knew it would be chaotic. Well after waiting what I deemed an acceptable amount of time to work the kinks out……they have not. Still have not had a delicious sandwich from the WR location. Upon entering the location on 2 separate occasions the observation was a large number of customers sitting around waiting for food and not one person in the entire restaurant...read full review
