Customer service is a priority for me. Well on Wed 21 Jun23 I had the pleasure of speaking City Hall Representative Ms. D. Washington. Let me just say she is an example of what customer service should be. She was knowledgeable, professional and insightful. The phone call ended with me being assured and confident of my resolve.
This is a rare experience and should be noted as a caught in action going forward.
