What a disappointment and it appears by the reviews, I’m not the only one. Sad thing is, management hasn’t addressed the issue. Paid $5.02 for this ripoff “2 scoop”. I was watching while the male worker smushed the cone in the cup so hard it crushed the cone. Went back in and explained what he did, got another cone, and left. No opps, sorry lady, nothing. But then, he knew what he was doing. He had to feel the cone break while he did it.

I’m not one to write reviews but after going here so many times and it’s ALWAYS the same The Watkinsville Baskin Robbins is an absolute disaster. They ask you about 5 times or more what your order is and still can’t get it right. The manager clearly doesn’t know how to order ice creams either because they’re always out of ice creams. Jamocha almond fudge is clearly popular so please order enough that ppl don’t come all the way there and you don’t have it 9 times...read full review
