Went to Cracker Barrel this past Friday. Waitress was awesome. She did a great job and the food was good.However was not pleased with the taking off of some of the items on the menu especially the MAPLE BACON CHICKEN. Please bring back the item.
Went to Cracker Barrel on Sunday
Service was ok ( had a new waitress first day on floor on her own she did her best) but the Mgr Frank was exceptional he made everything right he went above and beyond to make our experience great and he do just that Thanks again to Frank for being en awesome Mgr.
There are several reviews for my local store that I did not read before visiting. I have images I can share of the amount of people in the store at the time of our visit. We are there for one hour and did not get even a glass of water. We did not have anyone even take our drink order until I asked to speak to a manager after waiting 45 minutes.
