It was a rainy and messy day this week, the folks here made it so much better with smiling faces and prompt service.
The lady in the front needs to work on her customer service skills if you can’t handle questions about an item don’t work the front and don’t get mad when we ask for ice when you don’t have any in the lobby
This particular Zaxby's store is this best by far. Always friendly and helpful employees. Never had a problem here. LOVE THIS PLACE

Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a generally positive dining experience with good food quality and friendly service. Customers appreciate that their chicken is served hot with less breading, making it enjoyable, though some suggest adding celery salt to the coleslaw for extra flavor. The restaurant is praised for its efficient teamwork; employees work quickly and cooperatively, creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
However, there have been some issues. One customer found black hair in their cup of ice, which was very upsetting. Others noted that their food, such as fried white cedar cheese bites, arrived cold, despite the busy environment. This suggests that sometimes food may not be served at the perfect temperature, possibly due to high volume or management challenges.
The staff is also recognized for their professionalism and willingness to resolve problems. One customer shared a positive experience where the manager promptly and kindly corrected an order mistake, demonstrating good leadership and customer care. The employees are described as hardworking and helpful, with one reviewer emphasizing the importance of supporting such dedicated staff.
Overall, Zaxby’s provides a welcoming atmosphere, good customer service even during busy times, and tasty chicken dishes like Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings. Despite occasional service hiccups, the restaurant maintains a friendly environment that customers enjoy.
