It says 24/7 but the reviews are correct. These workers are lazy and operate it at their convenience. 3 people in the store hiding in the back and they are “not sure” when it’ll open.
Disappointing and dishonest service at this Subway. The employee claimed they stopped accepting the Pilot Rewards app two months ago, which is untrue since I used my points just last week, and the customer scanner was sitting right on the counter. When called out, she made up another excuse that 'most Subways stopped using it. It clear laziness and poor customer service. Avoid this location if you want to redeem your Pilot points.
