“We visited Amada Tapas & Wine on 11/22/2025 to celebrate our 39th anniversary, and from the moment we walked through the door, the evening felt special. We were greeted immediately, and within seconds of being seated, the owner, Amanda, came over to personally wish us a happy anniversary. She even placed a charming little sign at our seats—such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the night. Choosing to sit at the bar turned out to be the best decision we could’ve made. Conner, the Bar Manager, was nothing short of spectacular. His warm personality, knowledge of the menu, and effortless hospitality elevated the entire experience. It truly felt like we were in great hands from start to finish. Conner walked us through the entire menu with genuine enthusiasm, offering thoughtful pairings and pointing out the dishes he felt we shouldn’t miss. His guidance made the ordering process feel effortless. He suggested we begin with the Endives, and it was a spectacular start—bright, crisp, and beautifully balanced, the perfect way to open the meal. From there, we moved on to the Chargrilled Octopus, paired with the Patatas Bravas. The combination was outstanding: the octopus tender with a hint of smokiness, the bravas perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat. Conner then recommended the Rainbow Trout, which we paired with the Roasted Carrots—a duo that was flavorful, delicate, and beautifully prepared. Throughout the evening, both Amanda and Conner remained incredibly attentive, striking that rare balance between professional service and warm, genuine conversation. Their hospitality truly elevated our anniversary celebration and made the entire experience unforgettable. We ended the night feeling genuinely cared for and completely delighted by every part of the experience. We highly recommend visiting Amada Tapas & Wine—if we could give it 10 stars, we absolutely would.”

“My husband and I were gifted some gifts cards and came tonight. The atmosphere is different for us but it was pleasant. The food was FANTASTIC and our server Jess was phenomenal! We asked so many questions and she knew all the answers. I had the spaghetti à la Americana and it was so flavorful and Smokey and absolutely delicious. My husband had the 2 layer lasagna and we were amazed at not only the size of it but the taste. We also shared the flourless chocolate cake with gelato and it was magnificent! Overall if we could star this 100x we would.”

“Since 2018 the wife & I have frequented Bridgeman's. We have never been disappointed by the staff & more importantly the food. Sadly life is moving us down to Florida but future forward when back in Chattanooga area we will come to Bridgeman's to eat & hopefully Derrick will still be there as he has for so many years taking care of us.”

“Amazing restaurant MUST GO here! Been to multiple Mediterranean restaurants and this is the BEST! The owner truly cares about his restaurant and what he offers to his customers. He is very friendly. Food great quality! I could tell he uses fresh oil to fry/cook the food. Very disappointed on most restaurants that have use oil over and over and you can tell it’s old rancid oil. This restaurant is small, simple, High Quality/Top Notch”

“We visited the area for the first time since this gem opened. We had such an enjoyable experience and meal at the chef’s counter Friday night that we sat there again for Sunday brunch. We really enjoyed the staff and how committed and excited they are to put really great food out of the kitchen. We will definitely come back when we visit the area!”

“While the atmosphere is charming, the front end staff ok-to-good, and the food looked good, my experience was somewhat less than this. I will give them the benefit of the doubt this time and try them again someday. I’m bothering to leave a review because I know it is important for restaurants, especially, and not doing so helps no one… We, perhaps, challenged them today by having a party of twelve, however, a well organized team would have risen to that occasion. Our food was late, forty minutes late, arrived piecemeal, and mostly cold. Most just accepted this, I did not. Though my entree looked ‘ok’ it was cold. Greasy, cold, over cooked potatoes are not something you serve, ditto a breakfast burrito. Teamwork among the staff seemed lacking. Our server seemed to lose us in the fray. Today was a cool day, breezy, yet in spite of that the place was wide open with garage doors up and we had to ask several times to close a nearby door that was repeatedly propped open by staff. I spoke to a manager regarding my entree but it apparently did no good, as I never did get the fresh hot entree she promised and bummed a slice of pizza from someone in our party. I’ll be honest; the pizza was good! You eat even cold pizza when you’re hungry… As I said, I will try these folks again in hopes of a better experience.”

“A brunch all day restaurant is the perfect addition to the southside. I walk here, but there is a nice free parking lot adjacent. The bagels are the real deal, the tots are delicious, great options for everyone. I have loved everything I’ve tried. So far, my favorites: the French toast, the avocado toast with egg, and I love their thin crust pizza. Drinks, coffee drinks, great service - all the things that make me happy!”

“We had such a wonderful Saturday date night to Little Coyote. We put our name on the waitlist about an hour before getting seated. While we were waiting we played cornhile and the staff were very attentive checking in on us and asking if we wanted any drinks. We sat on the patio and the atmosphere was wonderful. They had heaters and great music that was at the perfect volume level. Our server Devon was so kind, friendly, and accommodative. He ensured what menu items were okay for my dietary restrictions (being dairy and gluten free). I cannot emphasize enough how knowledgeable he was about the menu and how comforting his energy was. He was the cherry on top of our evening. The food was delicious as well. The menu has very unique flavor pairings and delicious smoked meat offerings, but make sure you go to dinner earlier in the evening because the were out of several items by the time we ordered. Devon helped us navigate the menu and we took his advice on what items to get and we were rewarded! Everything was so delicious and overall ALL the staff were kind and invested in giving us a wonderful night out! Thank you Little Coyote!”
