We just had dinner at The Bistro on Broad in Winder, and it absolutely blew us away. We’re no strangers to good food—we’re certified foodies—and this meal easily cracked the top 10 meals of our lives.
We started with the pimento cheese and gnocchi to share, and both were downright insane in the best way. Creamy, rich, balanced—like Southern comfort and fine dining had a baby.

Bistro is one of my very favorite restaurants! They use quality farm-to-table ingredients and serve wonderful meals. We have been celebrating special events (and every day occasions!) there since 2018, and plan to continue to do so for many years to come. 💖
