Apparently the restrooms are not open to the public. So I'm a paying customer I guess I don't count as a customer. the lobby is closed, I understand but if I'm coming in to order food or pick up food I'm a customer. I was refused to use the restroom. And the woman and her son start yelling at me. Needless to say I'll be going back to Chen's Garden. very rude people
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. food had no flavor. spent $40+ on food nobody could eat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
