“I sat at a table after a few minutes. If I had been okay with the counter I could have sat immediately. A nice, pleasant location. Had the Chicken Pot Pie with salad and grilled cornbread. Also had Coke Zero. Place was fairly busy but not overly so. Staff was moving to and fro but was reasonably attentive.
They still have the 7/8 AM to 3 PM restaurant hours depending on the day. Breakfast all day and they have a lunch menu. I was quite happy with my visit.“

“This was one of the best Customer service experiences I have had since living in Hawaii. Today was my 30th birthday and they made me feel so special. The food was amazing and they put a candle on my waffles. Even when we were leaving one of the employees or owners came out after my friend and I and said happy birthday again. We had been coming nearly every day and the place was closed so we were confused about the operating hours which said only open on Thursdays, with a confusing hours pic on a review that said closed only on Tue. The owner clarified that they were on vacation the last 2 weeks (it’s 31 Oct 2024). But they ARE closed only on Tuesdays now that they are back. Hooray! Mahalo.“

The crepes and sandwiches are delicious and very affordable. My favorite is the chunky monkey, but the waffles are also incredible.

“Here!!!! It’s really delicious!! I happened to go for brunch because of the toasted bagels and the buttery smell of croissants, and my parents loved it too! The owner is Korean, so he's friendlier, ordering is easy, and the coffee is delicious.

I saw some reviews on Google about something like Dutch Baby, so I came here to try it out, but I was disappointed to find that it wasn't available. When I was confused about the menu, a friendly staff member handed me a menu in Japanese! The food is delicious and the portions are large! The orange juice was also delicious! The service was also great!“

“The Pagoda Floating Restaurant, situated next to the Pagoda hotel, earns my 4-star rating primarily for its attractions, service, and specials. I was drawn here by the koi pond attraction, which didn't disappoint. The fact that they offer breakfast, available on weekdays until 11 am and weekends until 12 pm, was a definite plus. The outstanding service truly made my day, with the attentive staff offering water and tea multiple times and assisting with all my needs. Guests staying at the hotel receive a voucher for a special waffle dish, and there's also a unique ox tail soup on the menu. While I enjoyed the distinctive coconut pancakes, I wasn't a fan of the pineapple papaya jam. I appreciated that it was served on the side. The omelet had good flavor but was slightly overcooked, and the different style of potatoes was a nice touch. We were even able to get cups of brown pebbles to feed the fish, adding to the overall experience. The ambiance was quiet, with a comfortable number of diners present.

“An excellent breakfast! I was a little hesitant to go to a generic buffet while vacationing in Hawaii, but it was quite excellent all around. Even had some more local food options. Something for everyone (we had three kids with us). If you’re staying at the Hale Koa I do recommend. You can also try to request a table with the best view. 🌴🏖️“

“The only reason this deserves 4 stars is because I got to eat here for free. Expect a typical hotel breakfast, but with more meat and fresh fruit options. The way they work this restaurant is like a buffet, and sometimes you'll have to wait upwards of 15 minutes to get a table depending on how many people there are. Everything tasted alright (the muffins stole the show), however the eggs were watery and the bacon was inconsistent between days. Probably not worth the 20+ dollars you'd have to spend to eat here.“

“Just beware that this place gets a CRAZY amount of orders on weekends and any holidays. You're going to be waiting like 30+ minutes and up to 40 minutes. They say it's because there are so many people making phone orders on those days. So you might as well get a drink or coffee and get ready to be patient. They are a small team and you can see they probably only have like 3 or 4 people cooking. The food is great and it is a nice place to relax and dine-in at. But just know you WILL be waiting a long time on weekends.“

I came here with my friend and we ordered the honey toast, Vanilla ice cream dream toast with chocolate sauce, Oreo cookie, pocky sticks and sprinkle sugar powder with raspberry.
