Literally our favorite ice cream place! The rolled ice cream is THE BEST. We stop by at least once a month and switch off trying different flavors. The owners are the sweetest and definitely deserve the business!!

Small place, but lots of different treats offered. I was stuck between the rolled icecream, or bubble waffle cone. Guy said the bubble waffle cone would take 8 minutes to make, so I went with the rolled icecream. It took about that much time anyway though. Definitely worth it. Guy was very friendly. Will return.

Excellent shave ice! We sampled several shave ice places on our recent trip to the island and Frosty's was one of the best! It is hard to find via Google Maps or Waze, but it's in the mall on the main (lower) level next to Long's Drugs. Seems to be run by very friendly couple, they are clearly good at what they do. There were a lot of locals coming for treats while we were there. This is an easy stop after a Pearl Harbor tour or on the way back to the airport. Highly recommended.
