Guibe Cafe, located behind Cutter Ford in Aiea, is a small restaurant open for breakfast and lunch. They offer good quality food at moderate prices. The Loco Moco with Wagyu beef burger, crab cake, fried rice, and gravy is a must-try, as well as their strawberry salad with delicious strawberry vinaigrette dressing and pecans. For vegetarians, they have about four or five salad options that are large and satisfying. The restaurant is small, and while it may require waiting in line, the great reputation and large portions make it worth the wait. They offer takeout options and are wheelchair accessible, although it might be tight for regular-sized wheelchairs. The service is excellent, and they are known for their Prime Rib Loco Moco and chocolate chip pancakes. It is highly recommended for anyone visiting Hawaii.
