“The crew at this location is awesome!!!! They were slammed tonight, but they were literally skating and helping customers at the registers. They all kept their cool and were extremely professional even when customers were rude and impatient. I personally understand being short-handed during busy times, so I hold nothing against them. All I saw was 3 guys making it happen. Kudos to the young kid at the register!!!!!“

“I ordered the tavern style large pizza and it was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh and it was done sooner than expected. It tasted like it had quality ingredients and fresh out of the oven. The customer service was great. I didn't remember the name of the lady who cashed me out yesterday afternoon, Sunday the 6th, but she was cheerful, polite, and friendly. I'm not sure who wrote my name so nicely on the box, but I thought that was well done and I even kept it for my scrapbook. Probably the best pizza chain experience I've had in a very long time. Thank you for the excellent work, and thanks to whomever artfully wrote my name on the box. That was something extra and fun to find.“

“I only found out about Wai Kai a month ago after a friend bought a condo nearby. Since that time, my family and I have been back numerous times to eat at all of their restaurants and attend their Farmer's market. All of the food is outstanding which is why we even went back twice in one day to eat at 2 of their restaurants. They have amazing staff from their manager, Keith, their cooks, and their waiters and waitresses. This place is a hidden gem because it's a family friendly place that has the atmosphere of Waikiki without the crime or crowds. Both kids and adults can come and have a great time whether it's doing a water sport, eating in one of their excellent restaurants, or relaxing on their lawn during the Farmer's market where they have a wide variety of food and local products to choose from.“

“I was staying at Residence Inn for 2 months. Met theses dude and tried the truck. Absolutely the best pizza I’ve had. Even compared to pizza I’ve ate in Italy. It is just the right size for 1 person and you cannot beat the price for 4 awesome pieces of a pan made personal size pizza. I think Anyone born between the 60s 70s & 80s bought Pizza Hut because there weren't many other options except for a few small pizza places that many different last verl long bcuz they really couldn't complete with Pizza Huts prices and most didn't deliver like pizza hut did. I also believe Pizza Hut is the forefront for the other Pizza companies to start up in Hawaii almost copying how Pizza Hut ran their business. I can't say 100 percent that it is the case but I believe it is true in my opinion. There is only one company that has been hanging in there but still cannot compete against the taste Pizza Hut puts out. I have only one question, why did Pizza Hut shut down most of the many dine in restaurants around Oahu? I used to love their salad bar lunches or brunches all you can eat salad bars. I know many sports teams would go during this special and the all you can eat brunch salad bar specials and just devour everything in sight. This salad bar had so many different entrees on that bar ß⁴⁴⁴⁴⅘ there were nothing left for the other customers which to me they knew what they were doing when choosing to do this at that specific time and specials . To me when the team ups and others abused this special on a regular basis it ruined it for everyone to enjoy and it wasn't only Pizza Hut that ran into this problem. But whoever I'm the company put into action maybe they should have added rules to that specific problem and should have foreseen that sooner than later someone or high schools & college athletic sports teams and their coaches "Only as an example" would abuse this awesome new way of family dining at a reasonable price to go with it that they also should have considered“

“I recently attended kona ironman on the big island. I then flew back to honolulu and stayed close to the airport for an early departure. I got a cab into the closest supermarket which had the pizza hut nearby.l ordered a taxi to return to my hotel which after an hour and a half finally arrived. I was very stressed out and scared as it was getting on dusk,l was so tired and ready to lose my shit after being approached by someone asking for a few dollars.
