“ordered the eye-round steak and brisket pho along with the wafu steak, plus the tempura and sashimi add-on (which came with two shrimp, a few veggies, and five pieces of sashimi).

From the moment we sat down to the moment we left, we kept hearing the sound of sizzling plates coming from the kitchen, that’s the wafu steak, and it’s absolutely worth the noise. It was tender, flavorful, and easily my favorite dish of the night, honestly even better than their pho, which was still very good.

While I probably wouldn’t come back specifically for the pho, I’d come back for that wafu steak any day. The restaurant stayed busy the entire time we were there, the staff did a good job keeping our waters full, and the place was decently clean despite the crowd.

Overall, great food, lively atmosphere, and that wafu steak alone makes this spot worth visiting.“

“I only come here for the Pho. The broth is not salty but savory. That's good because other Pho restaurants have you drinking 5 cups of water afterwards. portion size is mid with a few slices of meat and couple meatballs. The portion size will not satisfy a normal adult. I can't say that it's worth it to drop $18 and not be full. It is enough to satisfy the taste buds though.“

“It is surprisingly good. I picked this place because it was right next to the airport when I landed, but the food quality wowed me. The noodle was very fresh, it was not some dried noodle that got heated up, but actual freshly made noodles which a lot of other Vietnamese restaurants don't offer. Other dishes are good too!“

Must try their oxtail pho! Oxtail has a lot meat and pcs. So far I have not had highblood when I finish my oxtail pho which is good that’s why I keep coming back. I know that when I finish my bowl I won’t have any problems (but that’s my experience). Pho Time is my go to for oxtail pho, bun bu hue, and pho in general.

“Hands down the best pho I’ve ever had! I’ve tried multiple spots on the island, but I always find myself coming back here. The flavors are unmatched, fresh, and comforting every single time. “Ha Long Pho is one of my "go to" stops when I'm home...and as always, the ono grindz did not disappoint!!! Summer Rolls: Very large!!! I don't remember them being as full as they were today...not sure if it was a mistake, or a new recipe. As I remember it was so fresh filled with crispy veggies!!! Definitely a 10/10!!! Seafood Pho: When it's an option, I always order seafood Pho! For those of you who know how to eat Pho, you know that beef broth is a must, no matter what style Pho you order. Most places I have to ask for beef broth as it often comes with a vegetable broth...but here, it automatically comes with beef broth. And the seafood was not chewy. I would have loved to see some other seafood represented (it only had fishcake balls and shrimp) but it didn't take away from the healthy portion and umami flavor!!! 9/10 (Only because of the variety of seafood.) COVID Protocols: I felt very comfortable at Ha Long Pho, they require proof of vaccine, or negative COVID test, to enter...and...instead of your spices being left on the table, they are pulled after each guest, I can only assume to sanitize before the next guest uses it. 10/10 for sanitation and safety!!!“
