My great grand-father used to own the land that these buildings are sitting on. Maui Kombucha is a small establishment but had a great variety of all-vegan foods to choose from. We LOVED the egg-less salad sandwich, avocado toast, and Immortality açaí bowl. Servings are a good size, especially the massive açaí bowl.
