Da Seafood Cartel Haleiwa is a must eat while in Hawaii. The restaurant has less options than its Pearl City location, such as no fish tacos, and prices are more expensive. However, the quality is great, and the service is top-notch. The staff is amazing and happy, bringing out extra sauce and even horchata to try. The flavors are flavor explosions. Everything is fresh, light, and flavorful. The ceviche stands out as the favorite in Hawaii, and the Poke bowl with ceviche, blue crab spread, and fresh fish is excellent. The shop is small with tables inside and outside, and good parking is available out back. Portions are fair for the price and location. This is a super stop for something other than Poke.
