Why yes this is THE seafood cartel that gwenyth yuma loves - and her Oahu recs go hard. I was too full from Jenny's shrimp truck right next door to eat too much but I loved being able to try the OG tostada with the blue crab dip and their ceviche. Unique, refreshing, creamy. Exactly what you'd want from a snack or a lighter meal in the heat. Would absolutely devour a meal of this if I could have.
The original ceviche was sooo good. I wish it came with more blue crab dip. The ceviche was fresh and having it on the torta with the dip made it so delicious. This was perfect as a larger snack or appetiser if you want to restaurant shop. Also they had so many free hot sauces.

Da Seafood Cartel Haleiwa is a must eat while in Hawaii. The restaurant has less options than its Pearl City location, such as no fish tacos, and prices are more expensive. However, the quality is great, and the service is top-notch. The staff is amazing and happy, bringing out extra sauce and even horchata to try. The flavors are flavor explosions. Everything is fresh, light, and flavorful. The ceviche stands out as the favorite in Hawaii, and the Poke bowl with ceviche, blue crab spread, and fresh fish is excellent. The shop is small with tables inside and outside, and good parking is available out back. Portions are fair for the price and location. This is a super stop for something other than Poke.
