Giovanni's Shrimp Truck is a popular local spot known for its flavorful seafood dishes. The garlic scampi with garlic rice and lemon/butter shrimps with rice are standout menu items. The garlic shrimp is the best comparing to other places on the island. The shell is flavorful. Sprinkling some lemon juice on top really brings out the flavour. It's a decent food truck spot with some seating but perhaps not the most sanitary. Parking can be challenging, with a paid lot that often fills up during peak hours.
