It’s a cute little town with a handful of galleries and other shops. Not to be missed is Popo’s cookies and Banana Patch ( if it’s still around with kauai made pottery)

Ku’uleis Gourmet is an amazing family owned restaurant. The food was amazing, fresh, tasty, and made with love. The family that runs this establishment is generous and kind, and the staff is welcoming. The service was fantastic and great. The atmosphere is awesome. The prices are great, very price friendly, and the portions are HUGE. Specific meals include the Seafood Wrap, Cajun Seared Ahi, Ahi Katsu, Reggie Rings, Portuguese Bean soup, and cookies like the Double Mac Nut and Peanut Butter with Peanut M&M. The Ahi seared tuna was cooked perfectly with amazing flavor. It is always busy but worth the wait. It is a must-stop if in the area.
