Was touring the south end of the island. Wife said "I'm hungry for fish tacos." Stopped here and the Fates were kind. Worth the stop and the fish tacos definitely were worth the word "delicious". Would stop here again.
What a pleasant surprise for some New Mexican food! Located next door to our condo, our group flocked to the street-side seating and our San Antonio raised hospitality server pleasantly greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. The cantina was quaint and appropriately decorated and made me feel like I was in the Fort. Next up, happy hour margaritas that were delicious along with chips and salsa. We came to this place multiple times on our stay. It's not cheap, but what is on Kauai. Portions are good though, and the food was seasoned to perfection.We found out that this Pacos is no longer part of the other Pacos Tacos at large which is a GOOD thing. The others Pacos tacos we visited had bland food overall. Nowhere near as good as this location.Well done guys,
