“10 stars！ I am so surprised to encounter this type of ramen quality in Hilo. Must try their katsu! The best katsu in the United States. (Very close to what I had in Japan). Their ramens are just right. I often find that ramens are too salty in the states but not here! The matcha mochi has some real matcha powder. The crème brulee is brilliant ( with sweet potato) The decor inside is super cute too!“

“This place is amazing if you are looking for vegan ramen. They have so many options like Miso vegan ramen, kim chee fried rice, mapo tofu udon, croquett. Just a bit expensive if you add toppings (2.5$) each on your ramen which is why i pulled a star back“
