👍🏾👍🏾 Outstanding experience! The food was delicious and beautifully presented, but what truly made our night was the exceptional service from Ranko and Makana. Ranko was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, while Makana made sure everything ran smoothly. Together they created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that we’ll definitely come back for. Highly recommend

The service was praised for being kind and helpful, with efficient and friendly waitstaff making guests feel comfortable, even if they are not fluent in English. The manager also takes time to chat with guests, enhancing the overall experience.

While some visitors noted that the music could be a bit too noisy and certain entrees were just average, others found the prime rib, baked potato, shrimp cocktail, and clam chowder to be superb. Despite some concerns about the heat inside due to open doors and no air conditioning, guests still enjoyed their meals and the overall experience. The portions, particularly for crabs, were a bit small for the price, but the quality and atmosphere make Chart House Waikiki a memorable dining spot that visitors would want to return to.
