Bought a coffee and wanted to spend Sunday afternoon reading a book and sipping a good coffee on the terrace but should leave the spot earlier on 4:40 by the noise caused by the employees who wanted to close shop as soon as possible. Left a tip but no service in return.

Came on a Wednesday and the vibes were phenomenal! Shout out to Kristen for her aloha and friendly service. She really made the whole experience so much better. Hands down this was one of the BEST experiences we had during our time on the island.
It's a five course tea time with a set menu. The food was so onolicious. Kristen was so knowledgeable explaining each item. For the ambience, food, and service, 10000/10 would come again especially if Kristen is working. Trust me, she will make it so fun!

I went there for the mesh bag.
There were many Japanese people with the same goal.
It was an expensive purchase due to high prices and the weak yen, but the material is sturdier than I expected.

My favorite coffee and small gifts shop in Honolulu.
The menu selections are amazing, the atmosphere is delightful. The staff here is always so kind and welcoming - but Dakota is my favorite person here and wanted to thank them for always making my trip amazing.
Vegetarian options: They have great vegetarian options which can be hard to come by in the area.

Such a nice place. The food and atmosphere are great, also the dessert and coffee are very good. Nothing to complain about this place. We also tried the restaurant upstairs which is only open on weekends and the food was amazing.

It takes about 10 to 15 minutes on foot from Duke Kahanamoku Statue. The Ritz-Carlton exclusive leather handle bag is in stock as of October 2024.
Even if you only purchase eco bags, the cashier will tell you what to do with the tip. Especially Japanese people are not familiar with it, so I think it's better to keep in mind whether or not you should pay in this case before going to the cash register.

We absolutely love DEAN & DELUCA in Hawaii! It's a wonderful cafe with a fantastic selection of desserts that we’ve enjoyed many times. For breakfast, their avocado toast with eggs became one of our go-to choices, and we had it several times during our visits.
The cafe offers a convenient seating area, and we’ve always been able to find a table without any trouble, which is a big plus. The location is great too—easy to get to and perfect for a relaxed start to the day.
They offer a wide variety of teas and delicious coffee, which we highly recommend. The only downside is that the service can be a bit slow sometimes, but the quality of the food and drinks more than makes up for it.
Overall, it’s a fantastic spot, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hawaii. I only wish DEAN & DELUCA would reopen in New York City—it would be amazing to have them back!

You can buy exclusive Ritz-Carlton products
However, I don't have a large paper bag, so even if I buy a larger bag, it won't fit.
It closes quickly.
The bag has a slight shape, so choose carefully before purchasing!

There are many goods such as Hawaii limited Kona coffee blend and tote bags. They also have a variety of deli items and are unique in that they have ``Today's Onigiri''.

The afternoon tea here is an absolute steal. I’d come back for the service alone but the food and atmosphere were phenomenal! I waited til 2pm to eat so I could be extra hungry and all those little bites ended being way more filling than I had expected. I loved sharing tiny delicious bites with my girls and the coffee and boozy drinks were fantastic. The presentation was beautiful and our waitress was the ultimate hype woman. Everyone working there was so pleasant and they validate the valet parking so it was probably the least stressed I’ve ever been parking in Waikiki. Overall, fantastic experience for afternoon tea, especially for the price!

Excellent little coffee shop connected to the Ritz Carlton. This place has great artisan pastries and smooth coffee. Their outdoor seating is lovely. It's an excellent low-key area to enjoy a light breakfast.
