Visiting Waikīkī from upstate New York & stumbled across Herringbone restaurant while walking around the International Market Place. A super friendly employee came outside while we were looking at the menu sign outside the restaurant & started chatting with my husband & I. We got sat & this fantastic man brought out 2 glasses of champagne & an appetizer for us on the house. Our waiter, Jeff was super professional, friendly & personable. Server was constantly distracted, came to our table and would have to ask us to repeat ourselves because he wasn’t listening, but looking in different direction. Also left drink at the bar, I received it watered down, did not know the menu and did to find out before answering. Service made this a place I will not see me again.
