This morning, my husband and I visited the IHOP on Ala Moana Blvd. The establishment opened up at 6 AM and there was about 12 people in line waiting. Upon one of the workers named Mike’s arrival, he opened the doors and Immediately seated everyone. Within five minutes, everyone had drinks, and he was preparing to take everyone’s order. The food was excellent. The attentiveness/service was spotty. I noticed crew members doing multiple tasks. Understaffed. Good though!
