Nick and I planned a destination wedding for 115 of our closest friends and family. Thank you! I honestly don’t know what to say other than thank you a million times over. From the start the Memoirs team were so helpful and were across all the food/drink and staff requests I had in the lead up to our destination wedding. Rosanna even picked up the fact I had accidentally made a typo on the number of vegetarian meals required and she saved the day by following-up for clarification rather than processing the request.

I will second what my sister has already stated, these guys are phenomenal. Chef Peter and our server Keith were friendly, professional, and efficient. Our dinner party was small, only 13 people, but Chef Peter had clearly been meticulously preparing well before he ever arrived.
