“Aloha Culinary Group was the perfect fit for our nonprofit's annual fundraiser. From start to finish, their staff was a pleasure to work with. Each dish provided showcased their culinary expertise and were loved by our attendees. Their set up and service were exceptional and we will definitely work with them in the future!Mahalo for making our fundraiser a memorable and successful event!“
“This catering service was absolutely amazing. They are a family owned and operated company. Very wholesome and honest. If you’re looking for an affordable, accommodating, and very friendly catering service and experience, G Town Catering is top notch!“

“We had an amazing private dining experience at home with chef Scott. The food was outstanding - every person ate every morsel of every course. It was an experience of a lifetime that we will not forget. Chef Scott and his son were a fantastic duo and left the kitchen spotless after they left. Strongly recommend.“

“I went to several great poke places during my trip to Hawaii, and this one was by far the best. The salad was fresh and the dressing was delicious. They say they don't use frozen fish, so the tuna sashimi was so fresh and the seasoning was perfect, making it the best. Even my 11-year-old son enjoyed it very much!
The owner, Tommy, was very pleasant and friendly.
I was so sad that I visited on the last day. I definitely recommend it.“
“We had sold these guys some of our equipment awhile back. We wanted to come back and leave an amazing review because of how impressed we were. They are display are units great and we couldn't be happier. They are super friendly and serve amazing food. Would definitely recommend any of these places.“
“I come here very regularly it's my favorite spot on the island and my favorite spot in Chinatown great place to get a drink with some honest folk some honest hard-working folk coming from Texas that's something we appreciate“
“If I could give a 10 star review, I would! As we were coming from out of the country to Oahu for our wedding, we hired Hale Aina Caterers based on a recommendation from our venue. We were a bit hesitant at first with not being able to try any food beforehand, however the menu looked mouthwatering, the customer service was friendly and we felt the pricing was quite reasonable so we trusted the process and booked them. If I said the food was amazing, it would be an understatement. Everything was prepared perfectly and complimented our setting and intimate wedding group (which came with a few dietary restrictions). Thank you again for being a part of making our big day perfect!Tammy & Ty“
“This place is actually just mostly a kitchen, and not really a place to buy food, and definitely not a restaurant. They make great tasting bentos that get distributed to Times Super Market, and various other super markets. So, they don't have any price stickers, organized servicing, and most of the time, if you don't get there early in the morning, they run out of certain bentos or they simply just do not have anything.“
“Reliably good, reasonably priced (cold and hot) sandwiches, soups, and salads including leafy greens and pasta salads. Friendly and efficient service, too. The combos are a nice deal - I like getting a soup + salad or soup + sandwich. They also cater my office's meetings quite often; they can cater both breakfast (pastries and breakfast sandwiches, plus coffee) and lunch (mostly sandwiches for us). Some of my coworkers have said some of their catered sandwiches a bit boring after a while, so you may consider specifically requesting the types of sandwiches you prefer.“
“I have used 808 Meal Prep for about a month now, and I am so thankful I found them! I am a personal trainer and a busy mom, so finding the time to prep all my food and calculate my macros was taking time away from my business and my family. 808 gave me back the time, I don't have to plan food every 3-5 days anymore and we actually saving money not going to get food to-go. The chicken carbonara is my absolute favorite! Mahalo 808 Meal Prep! My delivery drivers are always very sweet, I appreciate you guys.“
“Has very friendly staff in the operations office and was very helpful with all the questions I had. The facility is well secured and has their employees in their best interest. They even provide shuttle service to and from the facility to the nearest bus stop for those who don’t have a car.“

“Absolutely had the best dining experience tonight! After 2 disastrous visits to Olive Garden this vacation we realized Spaghetti Factory was here as well so decided to give them a try and OMG huge difference! What a great crew!! Host at door so friendly and our server Declan, THE BEST!! We definitely will be back!“
“Great food, long wait, misleading menu item names. I ordered the hot pastrami and got back to my desk to eat it and there was nothing hot about it. It was never hot...it was just a pastrami sandwich...Pregnant women beware! That being said, it was yummy but I felt misled. Also, if you don't have 20-30 minutes to stand around and wait...you might want to order ahead!“

“It’s been awhile since I have been able to be a customer. I used to go to Heidi’s on a fairly regular basis. The bread was always fresh, the sandwiches delicious! I had hoped to go there the last time I was in Honolulu. Just let me say that any food venue who leaves such a great impression that I’m _still_ recommending them over 40 years later, is phenomenal!
Wheelchair accessibility: This is on the ground floor. When I was there, the shop was roomy!“

“We visited Honolulu for 10 days and this was by far our favorite spot in town. The people who served us treated us like family and always had smiles on their faces. The food was amazing every time and it became a nightly routine to get an açaí bowl and a quick chat with the lovely woman who works there every night on our way back to our hotel. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite!“

“I placed an email order and asked to pick up outside of their hours listed on their website. They were very accommodating and the food was delicious! Each of the bentos were packed with food and we were surprised of the price point for two choices for $11.50. The bentos were packed nicely in a huge box for us to pick up. We all loved the mochiko chicken and butterfish combo. Thank you Nippon!“
“Yea and NO- Beware! The 3 of us decided for the second time to go to Kakaako Farmers Market instead of KCC, and go earlier this time to get the best chance at items we really wanted. The expensive ($5) dripped coffee was excellent at one Makai vendor, as was the tomato, mushroom, goat cheese with pesto omelette, and the venison at Forage, but 2 other Makai side vendors, both bakers very purposely sold us a large burnt sour dough loaf (gave us one already hidden in a paper bag after our selection) , and burnt mini custard cakes, both with some little bait and switch tricks-so beware that there are quite shameful “who seemed nice” vendors here too. Over to the Mauka side, in the first row we we found Ma Farms organic produce and picked up great tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuces there, some nice croissants, and other baked goods from the baker next to Ma’s, and some great local honey just beyond them. Then we just missed getting fresh non-commercial local eggs (our main purpose for this trip) in the second row Mauka side. In the back row we found a few produce vendors who obviously were selling a mix of local farm, with non-organic local and commercial produce. So some hit and miss, along with a few unscrupulous vendors, so enjoy yourselves but beware (especially trusting kapuna or tourists) and carefully check any packaged goods that could be burnt or spoiled, before you walk away from any vendor here. Not all is as it seems at Kakaako Farmers Market, but there are real gems here to be appreciated.“
