“Best food truck I’ve ever eaten from! I’m a western New Yorker, we cook and/or put hot sauce on everything. Not fully understanding all of the menu options, the owner, was so friendly, offered information about the types of fresh food he had and even offered us samples of the Ahi poke. Once a nay sayin skeptic, I’m now a true believer in raw fish as an amazing meal. I can’t say enough about how tasty this food was. We also had the Shrimp Tempura, Ahi Katsu and Limo Oi’o. All were absolutely some of the best food we had in over a week in Hawaii.“

“Well my friends, Finally made it back to En Fuego! We all ordered our normal favorites and we all loved our dishes. I got the pastele stew with garlic chicken. As much as I enjoyed the stew, I was so sad that I didn't have more garlic chicken! It was amazing! Not overly garlicky or to hard. So freaking good. This is definitely my new favorite garlic chicken. We also ordered the squid luau and is was ono! Nice chunks of squid and just the right amount of coconut and sweetness. “I have been here twice; once for breakfast and once for plate lunch. Both were solid meals, good portions and I got out under $15. I had a Portuguese sausage omelet for breakfast and chicken katsu curry for lunch. The picture is half way through the regular size portion. The interior doesn't have a lot of seating but it's clean and air conditioned.. . I highly recommend this Ewa Beach hole in the wall. Plus they cater. Ono-licious.“

“Has very friendly staff in the operations office and was very helpful with all the questions I had. The facility is well secured and has their employees in their best interest. They even provide shuttle service to and from the facility to the nearest bus stop for those who don’t have a car.“

“Stepping into Marujyu Market is like stepping back into the Hawaii. Here they have all of the classic Hawaiian food dishes like Laulau, Lomi Salmon, Kalua Pig, Chicken Long Rice, Poke, etc. The Kalua Pig was so tender and juicy with so much flavor, definitely a favorite of mine. If you no can decide what to get they get a good selection of Hawaiian combo plates plus you can you two and three choice plates too. Have not had any problem finding parking even when we went New Year Eve.“

“Stumbled upon the food trucks when we were in the area. Decided to try this one out, which turned out to be good. The special was a steak dish and also had the pork/chicken combo.
Everything was pretty good, however the menu song doesn’t let you know everything you are getting. I didn’t know the chicken was with noodles, the special didn’t specify the sides, etc.
In any event, enjoyed it all (even though the Mac salad is like 45% mayo)
Would definitely get the kalua pork and absolutely would get the steak special again. It was my favourite.“
