“I've eaten there for a long time now and only now doing a review! If I could give them more stars, I would. Aside from having kanak attacks from there ginormous servings of fried noodles, shoyu pork and rice ( and Mac potato salad) plate lunches years ago, I have catered food for a family member's celebration of life service. The food was well loved by all who came. Their andagi is so good, too!I must add that their pork nishime is the best. My mom used to make it; but since she's passed away, I could never find someone who makes it like her...until Ige's!Their desserts are so good that it's hard to walk away with just one Highly recommend!“
“It was my first time, and I definitely will be back again and again my favorite spot from now on, for Hawaiian plate the food was great. The flavors took me back to my younger days when I ate at grandmas house. The price doesn’t even break your pocket I love it, the lady who took my order was very fast and efficient and great service. Next thing you know my name was called my order was ready fast service. I’m and out. Atmosphere was ok but this was a great find today! And the food taste so good will definitely recommend them. Go here if your hungry“
“We order three trays Pork long rice & 3 trays of sweet sour spareribs. Both items went well with my family and friends. Only good remarks we got from everyone. We especially appreciate when we were a little late in making our order but they fit in anyway. When we had pick up our order they were well organized in bringing out our order out & help us load it. Mahalo I will recommend to my friends & family.“
“I gave 5 stars for the atmosphere because it's fun to watch all the workers in action. There is almost always a line out the door, but it moves fast and most definitely worth it. I get the spicy ahi tempura poke bowl usually, although this time I got the new seared ahi on greens and it was delicious! I had to get a seafood veggie tempura on the side. I never leave without at least one. So ono!“
“Beautiful wedding venue! I knew I wanted to get married on the windward side because of the beautiful natural scenery and cooler, breezy weather. I had another venue in mind but after a horrible experience with our scheduled venue tour (we got ghosted), we decided to go with Koʻolau Ballrooms. The main reason they weren't our first choice is because we were concerned about the accessibility for some of our guests but it ended up working out well. Food was alright--typical banquet food. Everyone said that they loved the cake! (we went with guava)If you are prone to overheating like me, I would plan to have a decorative fan with you at your reception table. Though the AC was on, my partner and I were definitely sweating in our wedding day attire. Suits and wedding dresses aren't the most breathable and we were walking around quite a bit (greeting guests, doing table touches, etc.). At one point, it felt more comfortable to be outside on the lanai because of the breeze.I also thought it was odd that they couldn't confirm our wedding rehearsal date or reserve the getting ready room for us until a couple weeks before our wedding day, despite us having our wedding date confirmed and paying our deposit in full almost a year in advance. Though I'm glad I got ready in a hotel room (AC was much cooler which helped with the heat of hair styling tools), not having confirmation that close to our wedding day made me feel a bit concerned.Lots of parking, though it does share a lot with hikers and the church next door.“
“We had then cater a wedding brunch and let me tell you it was amazing. Even the omnivores which was everyone except me and the wife who are vegan loved the food. We did breakfast sandwiches, spreads, bread, pastries and breakfast pizza things. Everything was amazing and the owner delivered it and even helped set up a bit and talk about the different foods.“
“I am a firm believer that some of the best food you can get in Hawaii comes from small, local food trucks like Flyin' Ahi. I finally got the chance to try them after wanting to go for years. Usually I wouldn't be able to because of work but I took advantage of the Veteran's Day holiday to make my way over. Located in Mililani Tech Park next to other food trucks. The baked crab stuffed Ono with truffle sauce caught my eye. But I also wanted to try their signature kalbi fries, plus spicy ahi poke... Luckily the kind owner was able to combine all that into one fat plate. Everything was amazing! The truffle cream sauce is to die for. The fries were fried up perfectly crispy with a generous portion of kalbi on top. And the spicy ahi was great too, I liked how it wasn't the usual mayo-based sauce.Service was super quick and friendly. The owner was generous enough to add some spicy ahi into the blackened ahi salad we got too. I'll definitely come back to this spot when I have another day off and want to treat myself.“
“mad good food here. chef came out to greet us and talk a little about the food after we asked about some ingredients. we had fried chicken with calamansi chicken sisig lumpia longanisa naps ube churros (best churros me and wifey ever had) everything was delicious. we will be back!“
“Aloha Culinary Group was the perfect fit for our nonprofit's annual fundraiser. From start to finish, their staff was a pleasure to work with. Each dish provided showcased their culinary expertise and were loved by our attendees. Their set up and service were exceptional and we will definitely work with them in the future!Mahalo for making our fundraiser a memorable and successful event!“
“They were recommended for their Bentos, did it for a funeral, worked with Jodie, she was very professional, answered my questions, met her upon making payment at their office in Waipio, handled everything smoothly, explained what we ordered, provided a contract to sign and went through it and was done in less than 15 minutes. So based on this transaction, highly recommended.“
“Had a day off so I decided to take a drive through Wahiawa/Haleiwa. I was looking for a good place to eat (try something different). Googled places to eat around Wahiawa and this restaurant popped up. Kind of difficult to find took me several wrong turns but eventually found the restaurant. Got the Birria tacos and these are amazing. Very, very flavorful. Definitely coming back to get more Birria tacos and try some of their other foods!“
“I LOVE RONNIE'S EXPRESS food truck! Sharon is always efficient, accurate, & hospitable. My union hall looks forward to her visits each week! The menu has a nice variety with healthy options, and prices are so fair for the delicious, fresh food & great portions! You will not be left hungry. Today they had Pot Roast, and it is PERFECT! It's my new favorite. Mahalo to Sharon & the cooks for Ronnie's. We appreciate all your hard work! They have 6 trucks around the island; make sure you stop by and try them when you see them near you! Aloha!“
“This catering service was absolutely amazing. They are a family owned and operated company. Very wholesome and honest. If you’re looking for an affordable, accommodating, and very friendly catering service and experience, G Town Catering is top notch!“
“Our company previously hired them to do a "live-sushi" bar at our event, was a big hit! Having the sushi chefs roll sushi right in front of you was also fun to watch! Also, great sushi platters! (but you must pre-order, as they primarily do catering now) They're my go-to place whenever I have to bring food to a party. Their sushi platters are always enjoyed by everyone.Definitely recommended!!!!“
“I highly recommend them for your next party. They usually cater for large groups but I asked if they would make a couple of trays for a party of 25 and they came through. We had the poke and Kailua pig which were amazing. Very affordable too! They will definitely be my go-to catering service for local food!“
“Stopped by for the first time. The lobster rolls were delish. The portions were really generous and filing. It's mostly a take out since the seating is limited. I would call ahead and order or check to see what the specials are. Parking is located on the street. Will come back again sometime.“
“Stepping into Marujyu Market is like stepping back into the Hawaii. Here they have all of the classic Hawaiian food dishes like Laulau, Lomi Salmon, Kalua Pig, Chicken Long Rice, Poke, etc. The Kalua Pig was so tender and juicy with so much flavor, definitely a favorite of mine. If you no can decide what to get they get a good selection of Hawaiian combo plates plus you can you two and three choice plates too. Have not had any problem finding parking even when we went New Year Eve.“
