Was a first time customer here, the service here was honestly terrible. The lady seemed to be impatient serving me, which made me more anxious to even order after a long day. I don’t recommend coming to this overpriced place for mid “chipotle” food.

I’ve been a regular customer here for the past two years and usually stop by every other day. The food is good for the price, which is why I kept coming back and supporting this place.

Unfortunately, today was the moment they lost a customer. After paying $15 for my bowl, I was told that I needed to wrap and bag it myself. That’s honestly one of the disrespectful customer experiences I’ve had. Basic service..and I mean BASIC…should include finishing the order you just prepared. Asking customers to handle the final step themselves is top tier careless and dismissive.

It’s not about the bag, small actions like this show how much a business actually values its customers. If you’re okay with paying for food and then being asked to complete the service yourself, this might be the place for you.

I hope the business doesn’t reply with the usual “we value our customers…yapa yapa” response, because actions say otherwise.

Good place for a reliablely solid meal. Fast made to order. Mostly a take out spot. Best deals are on Thursdays.

Terrible guys. Crunchy rice. Workers barely gave me time of day. They gave me the littlest scoop of meat ever. Go literally anywhere else, really bad.

Parking is limited so I chanced City Mill's lot across the street since I was picking up. Service was good, food was fast and yummy. Will be back to check out their Taco Tuesdays !!

Dingy, weird parking, stale chips, stingy on chicken in the quesadilla, overpriced, hard bits in meat, trash tacos. Not good cuisine and incredibly low tier mexican joint

This place is simply the best burrito around. The ingredients are always fresh and the service is on point. It can get busy very quickly, the parking can be difficult, and burritos can be soggy at the end, but these are small problems compared to the quality of the food. Have yet to find a better burrito with a healthy portion.

Today I have tried the chicken burrito and the food was so fresh and healthy. The ingredients were fresh and I felt really good after eating and it was very tasty. The service was great, they were so helpful and friendly.
