Pandora is probably my favorite 24-hour spot in Honolulu. The people working here are incredibly kind and consistently nice, and the food is great. They’re open 24 hours, which makes it one of only two places near Waikiki I know of that are truly open all day—the other being Denny’s. I highly recommend eating here or ordering carryout or delivery. While Denny’s can be hit or miss and the staff there can sometimes be rude, the people here are always pleasant. There’s also a Korean place ChoGa-Jip on Kapiolani that stays open until around 4 a.m., so it’s almost 24 hours, but not quite. Pandora is the best 24 hour restaurant near Waikiki.

Lacking security 🤬

Had a fun time here New Years day! Arrived around 3am & karaoke until 6am when they served alcohol again.

We had a really good experience here. We were there by chance for a bachelor party. The place was completely empty (this was at 10pm on a Thursday). The food was great. The atmosphere and booth were a little outdated, but man we had a blast! I think they were charging $20 an hour?

Horrible experience from the get go! Went on a Friday night. Place was dead…should have been my first clue. Place is rundown…no money put into it for many years by the looks of it. Restrooms are an abomination. Honestly, it looks like the owners just gave up trying to keep it up. Eighteen percent service charge for sitting at the bar and drinking. Who does that? Service was us asking for a beer. Nobody looking to see if we were empty. Worst mix of music videos you’d ever wanna see. Looks like something outta downtown Detroit in all honesty, not Honolulu. When the owner is there all he does is bitch at the employees in front of the patrons. This place’s time has come and gone, hence the lack of customers. John Taffer couldn’t save this dump on his best day!

On a Friday at midnight there was only our group. Felt like a letdown especially with the 4 star rating.

We ordered a chicken katsu curry on Uber but there was only a thin layer of curry on top of two layers of Katsu. The portion of curry was much smaller than what was shown in the menu image. Where is the curry?!

Bad service, I ordered a loco moco and it never arrived, I waited 40 minutes and they didn't order it and I had to cancel the order. Terrible service. Margaritas are just boxed juice

Pandora Cafe is a karaoke bar that serves filipino and korean food as well as great sushi! The owner and his wife are a friendly couple that makes you feel like part of the family. The workers are nice and some of the regulars too. Prices for beers are reasonable and the happy hour prices are great too. They have a new item, "Salt and vinegar wings," on their menu. That's my new favorite that I'll be ordering every time I come! Can't go wrong with the $5 California and spicy tuna hand rolls. Teriyaki kalbi is good and my absolute favorite is the salt and pepper ribeye that comes in a sizzling platter. I like asking for Teriyaki sauce on the side so I can get that smoke effect for my Instagram. 10/10 I'll be coming here again.

Very average experience. Not really friendly to newcomers. Small bartop, 4 fatties when I was there a few minutes ago, that spread out and took up all the seats. No plans to return.
