First, huge shout out to Clair at the parking, mail/keys desk area. Our trip was doomed from the start has she’s not helped us out. Unexpected room problems arose. BIG problem. I had a great time, all the staff really possess the “aloha spirit”. From the housekeeping team on floor 24 in the Tapa Tower to the valet team who always were attentive and helpful when we requested for our car. The Front Desk Agent, Liz (been with Hilton for 25 years) was especially great with check in speaking to all the hotel amenities and doing so with a smile and love and care. Hilton Hawaiian Village will always be my hotel whenever I am on Waikiki.
