My boyfriend and I had gone to the Hyatt Buffet just a couple of weeks ago for our anniversary <3. Pam was our waitress and she was A-MAZING! She really did make the experience and I think that that's what good service is all about! She was so genuine and funny! She even brought out a complimentary anniversary treat! The seafood bar was primarily what we came for and it did not fail us! The Kampachi was also delicious! We look forward to visiting again!
The buffet was poor not and all out real selection as you would think.oysters were paper thin shrimp cold and hard.Salad not really a salad bar two dressings.For a top hotel it is really a 15.99 buffet.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food. Sushi, poke, oyster, crab and banchan were so fresh and so delicious!! The dessert section had more options than we expected too. We especially loved the kama'aina discount and appreciate that locals are being welcomed into Waikiki to enjoy this restaurant. While we didn't need it, they did offer to validate parking.
