Fantastic 100pet cent swim bar staff amazing service fantastic 🍹.
Staff was super nice and always helpful. Luau was amazing and on site! Nice pool with hot tub. Waikiki Beach is literally out the front door of the hotel. Valet parking had my car for me everyday by the time I got downstairs. View from our room was absolutely amazing. Room was spacious and clean with housekeeping offered everyday of our stay. Free water bottles in room with filling stations throughout the hotel. Very centrally located so easy to walk to stores, activities, restaurants....read full review
Beautiful property. I was well taken care of at front desk by Ray. He went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I got a Beautiful room for our honeymoon. He was very welcoming attentive and informative. High marks for this hyatt staff. The room was clean spacious and overlooked the water. Will definitely be returning.

SHOR offers a welcoming atmosphere with beautiful views of Waikiki beach. The restaurant serves great and tasty food, and the spacious rooms are clean and overlook the water. While some find the pricing to be high, overall, SHOR provides a wonderful experience. The staff is super nice and always helpful, and the luau on site is amazing. The pool with hot tub and the Waikiki Beach just out the front door make it a great location. The rooms are spacious and clean, with housekeeping offered every day, and free water bottles in the room. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with a variety of items including freshly made omelets, waffles, and miso soup, as well as fresh guava juice and local fruits.
