RM. 38 is an amazing speakeasy with a cool 1920s vibe inside a pawn shop. The atmosphere is incredible and the decor is spot on. Service is excellent and the staff is kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Prices are great for the area and the food is good and tasty. Drinks are amazing, fantastic and sweet, with a huge selection of cocktails, whiskey and whiskeys. The place also have cigars and comfortable seating. The vibe is relaxing but can get loud when the spot is full. People feel welcoming with a smile and feel taken care even when it is slammed. It is a hidden gem in Waikiki and a favorite spot for many nights. It is recommend to reserve a table because it can get full shortly after. The visit is great and many will want to come back.
