I love my Frappe Espresso Grande Soy but had reward points so got a venti with an extra shot. I'm usually careful and watch them make it because I must not have milk. This time I did not watch. This is my regular store 4 times a week. 20 minutes later, good thing I'm at home--sat on the toilet for 20 minutes then got weak n dizzy n had to rehydrate. Reminding myself to ALWAYS watch. I caught them using regular milk 2 other times and they redid the drink.
The atmosphere is always calming inside without it being too busy, and the drink customization options are second to none. They remembered my name on the second time of me visiting, which is a nice personal touch to the overall experience! Thank you so much to all who work there. ☺️
