The Starbucks inside the Tripler AH is great. They have a good selection of snacks outside of the normal selection of coffees and assorted hot/cold beverages. Their London Fog hot tea is delicious!
The people who work are friendly and do their best but there are still long lines of people during the morning rush. Nothing to blame on the employees. Management should re-examine how to improve layout and consider hiring more people during busiest times.

Stipped at this Starbucks to get my kiddo a brownie. Service was OK, not fast but I have had slower elsewhere. Brownie was standard brownie, not great but got the job done. Prices are higher than usual, but I presume that is due to it being in a hospital. Not sure I'd go here again but would rather bring my own stuff in the future.
