Ogame and Hao were friendly and the omakase was very good! However, you’re in a small space and it was 91 degrees in the restaurant, which really hampered the experience.
Hidden behind a black curtain is a private omakase experience with Chef Ogame. The sushi is exeptional, and I dare say, perfect. The freshness, the cut, the temperature, the rice, the perfectly seasoned and sauced courses, and the intelligent progression. Authentic experience. Respectful service. I will be back soon!
The omakase experience was great overall! The 16-course meal was beautifully presented, with fresh ingredients. The chef and staff were friendly making the dining experience enjoyable.
However, the environment could be better. Since it’s located in a food court behind a curtain, outside noise and performances can be distracting. Still, the food itself was fantastic and well worth trying!
