The vegan tacos with peanut sauce were light and delicious. The were presented in a small corn tortilla, with shredded cabbage and cilantro. A squirt of fresh lime juice on top added a perfect tartness. The tofu was plentiful and crispy. The meal came with white rice, carrott slices and sweet chili sauce. Phenomenal fresh tacos, the cook accidentally put cabbage on my order ( i was fine with it, found out I dig cabbage on tacos now😂) and he was super apologetic, gave us free waters and a whole order of beef tacos FOR FREE. Pork Belly was crispy and super flavorful, Chicken Satay was excellent, shrimp was super flavorful. The Tajin fries were insane. THAI TACOS @WAIKIKI is truly the absolute best tacos on island. The pork belly taco is excellent, tender, and flavorful, easily the standout item. The crispy pork belly tacos and the really really yummy tajin shrimp tacos are also highlights. The food is pretty delicious and incredible, with the same high quality every time. While the chicken satay can be a bit mild, the service is amazing, super quick, kind, and accommodating for both a casual solo lunch or a massive group gathering. The tacos by themselves may not fill everyone up, but the experience is worth going back for more. Many find it is the only thing they will miss from their trip.
