Top's Deli Reviews
Try their fried rice!!! Very peppery and flavorful... it's a little oily but soooo good LOL
***update: NVM I just ordered the fried rice and it came in a smaller container and didn't taste the same at all.. must be a new owner or cook.. so disappointed, we drove 20 min for this 😩

Top's Deli is a hidden gem in Mapunapuna, located in an industrial area. The fried rice is a must-try, greasy, peppery, and full of flavor. The owner is accommodating, especially if you have children. The weekend rice is not as good as on weekdays, according to a sibling/chef. The menu is diverse, but the fried rice is highly recommended. The food truck opens early, serving good breakfast options like corned beef hash and luncheon meat. It's cash only, with reasonable prices and generous portions. The corned beef hash is perfectly cooked with a crispy edge. This spot is popular among morning workers. Breakfast plates are a hit, especially the fried rice and kimchee fried rice. Breakfast sandwiches are grilled and delicious. However, the saimin is not recommended. Overall, Top's Deli is a go-to spot for a satisfying breakfast before work.
