I placed a mobile order. When I arrived, I didn't see my order on the board. I asked the manager why my order wasn't showing. He proceeds to tell me that my payment didn't go through. He made me pay again. I looked on my bank statement and he told me that both charges would not go through. He assured me. He then tells me to go to the app and call if it did go through.
