Server was great working alone… wish they would hires more help, I saw couple of families in lined and left when service was slow. My wife and I visiting the island and this place was our hang out, busy then and still popular with the locals.
Asked for roast turkey, no rice, no mac salad, all fries gravy all over. This was some of the driest turkey ever, and not one drop of gravy.
I guess I'll stick to our usual place on Dillingham where they don't mess up the order and have edible turkey.
Maybe the Nimitz one ran out of gravy?
The restaurant was very clean, including the restroom. The waitstaff was very polite and courteous. The food was good too.
